Return & Refund Policy

Return of DOA (Dead on Arrival) Items


Any Bluetooth Headsets, Earbud Headphones, Headphones Accessories, Over-Ear Headphones, or Speakers that arrive dead on arrival (excluding damage caused by misuse or incorrect operation) may be returned within 45 days after shipment.


To process your request, please provide the following proof:


Photos of the original package (front and back sides)

Photos or videos of the defective item(s)

Photos, videos, or screenshots clearly showing the malfunction

In a DOA situation:


A reimbursement for return shipping fees may be available, provided that:


The item is returned by ordinary mail (the most economical method) with a tracking number to the designated return address provided by our support team.

If tracked shipping is too expensive, you may choose a non-tracked service.

Please keep the shipping receipt and send us a copy or screenshot after shipment.



Return of Defective Items


We do our best to ensure all products shipped to you are in excellent working condition. If your product becomes defective (excluding misuse, accidental damage, or products with separate warranty terms stated on the product page), the following policies apply:


If the defect is not caused by you, we will cover the necessary shipping fees for returning the defective item and sending a replacement.

If the defect is caused by you, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Within 90 Days from Shipment

Upon return, the defective item will be replaced.

If your product becomes defective within 90 days from shipment, you may return it to us. We will arrange a replacement with a new item whenever possible.


Between 91 Days and 365 Days from Shipment

Policy:


Upon return, the defective item may be sent to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.


Details:


If the item becomes defective between 91 days and 365 days from shipment, you may still return it. We will assist by forwarding the product to the manufacturer for repair or replacement where applicable.


Return of Incorrect Item Received


If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, please contact us at sale@blueshangmao.com

 and provide photo proof of the issue.


If a return is required, we will provide a replacement and reimburse the return shipping cost once proof of return is received.


Please ensure that:


The incorrect item is returned in its original packaging

The merchandise is in the same condition as received


If you prefer to keep the incorrect item and it is still usable, you may contact us to request a partial refund or discount.

Photos, videos, or screenshots showing any issue


Please note that product logos, packaging, or minor design details may vary between production batches. If the product functions and specifications are correct, such differences are not considered errors under this policy.


Return of Unsatisfactory Products


If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.


Conditions:

Items must be unused and in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned goods

Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed quality issue:


Used earphones or headphones for hygiene reasons

Customized or personalized products

One-time-use items

Clearance or final sale items


For quality-related claims, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos showing the defect.


We do not accept returns due to:


Wrong size or fit preference

Color expectation differences caused by screen display

Personal dissatisfaction after use without defect
